About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Point/Branch Offices within the assigned area
- Ensure all Branch KPIs are achieved, including portfolio quality and quantity
- Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance according to SOPs
- Manage branch strategies, operations, administration, and infrastructure
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
- Manage human resources, including training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
- Execute expansion plans and maintain portfolio quality according to audit expectations
- Uphold principles of transparency within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading at least 2 branches
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Sikka area
