Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor branch/point offices to ensure all KPIs are met
• Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to company targets
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
• Manage branch strategies, operations, administration, and infrastructure
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
• Manage human resources, including training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
• Execute expansion plans and maintain audit standards
• Uphold principles of transparency within the branch

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading at least 2 branches
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to travel throughout the Pekalongan area
• High discipline, integrity, and strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and adapt to changes
