Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Branch KPIs within the Area are achieved effectively
• Manage portfolio quality and quantity in accordance with Amartha's goals
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
• Manage strategies, processes, and operations for all branches within the area
• Ensure complete and orderly branch office administration
• Maintain branch operations by ensuring licensing, infrastructure, and inventory are met
• Enforce strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
• Drive staff performance through training, monitoring, and conflict management
• Manage human resources to ensure smooth regional branch operations
• Execute Amartha's expansion plans effectively
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
• Uphold principles of transparency within the branch

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Experience leading at least 2 branches
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willingness to be placed throughout the Kalimantan region
