Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all branch/point offices within the assigned area
• Ensure all branch KPIs are met, including portfolio quality and quantity
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance according to SOPs
• Manage branch strategies, operations, and administrative orderliness
• Ensure branch infrastructure, licensing, and inventory are fulfilled
• Enforce strict adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff
• Manage human resources through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
• Execute expansion plans as set by the company
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading at least 2 branches
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to travel throughout the Demak area
• High discipline, integrity, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with a high willingness to learn
• Adaptable and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
