About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor branch/point offices within the assigned area
- Ensure all branch KPIs are met, including portfolio quality and quantity
- Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance according to SOPs
- Manage branch strategies, operations, and administrative orderliness
- Ensure branch infrastructure, licensing, and inventory are fulfilled
- Enforce strict adherence to policies and procedures by all staff
- Manage human resources through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
- Execute expansion plans as set by the company
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure audit values meet management expectations
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading at least 2 branches
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Jember area
