About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Branch KPIs within the Area are achieved effectively
- Manage portfolio quality and quantity in accordance with Amartha's goals
- Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
- Manage strategies, processes, and operations for all branches within the area
- Ensure complete and orderly branch office administration
- Maintain branch operations by ensuring licensing, infrastructure, and inventory are met
- Enforce strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
- Drive staff performance through training, monitoring, and conflict management
- Manage human resources to ensure smooth regional branch operations
- Execute Amartha's expansion plans effectively
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
- Uphold principles of transparency within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Experience leading at least 2 branches
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license
- Willingness to be stationed in the Tegal area
