About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Point/Branch Offices to ensure all Area KPIs are achieved
- Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to Amartha's goals
- Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes according to SOP
- Manage strategies, processes, and operations for all branches within the area
- Ensure complete and orderly branch office administration
- Maintain branch operations by ensuring licensing, infrastructure, and inventory are met
- Enforce strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
- Manage human resources through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
- Oversee branch expansion and ensure portfolio quality meets audit expectations
- Uphold principles of transparency within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading at least 2 branches
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Lubuk Linggau area
