About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all Point/Branch offices within the area
  • Ensure all Branch KPIs are met, including portfolio quality and quantity
  • Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance according to SOP
  • Manage branch strategies, processes, and operations
  • Ensure complete and orderly branch office administration
  • Maintain branch operations by ensuring licensing, infrastructure, and inventory are met
  • Enforce strict adherence to policies and procedures by all staff
  • Manage staff performance through training, monitoring, and conflict management
  • Oversee human resource fulfillment and management for regional branches
  • Execute Amartha's expansion plans effectively
  • Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
  • Uphold principles of transparency within the branch

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading at least 2 branches
  • Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
  • Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Ogan Komering Ulu area, South Sumatra
