Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and optimize branch performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand respiratory and sleep apnea services.
• Achieve territory financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Oxygen and Sleep business lines.
• Expand the B2B sales model by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and sleep clinics.
• Lead and manage a multi-branch team, providing regular feedback, performance management, and mentorship.
• Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, external regulations, and safety requirements.
• Manage territory coverage and on-call rotations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical Managers to maintain inventory, assets, and staff qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience supervising employees in a business or clinical setting.
• Proven experience in P&L management and financial accountability.
• Strong leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in B2B sales and referral marketing.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
