Area Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections in assigned points of sale following a checklist
• Monitor functionality and efficiency of systems and equipment
• Intervene to restore required standards in case of anomalies
• Carry out ordinary maintenance using available tools
• Monitor execution of assigned tasks regarding timing and quality
• Report any service disruptions or non-conformities
• Sign acceptance documents for work performed by external suppliers

Requirements

• Technical diploma
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of workplace safety laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
• Customer and service orientation
• Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for frequent travel and transfers
• Proven experience in maintenance (Electrical, Refrigeration, or Mechanical systems) within structured corporate environments
