Area Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop internal succession plans and a deep bench of managers
• Drive continuous performance improvement focusing on people, financial, and customer experience metrics
• Meet or exceed annual P&L objectives with a focus on top-line sales and productivity
• Drive sales through community marketing, technology initiatives, and new product launches
• Train and coach locations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and culinary operations
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to remove operational barriers
• Grow community connections and brand ambassadors within restaurant neighborhoods

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience
• 2+ years of experience in both front of house and back of house operations
• Proven experience managing new store openings and existing business
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of restaurant regulatory areas including food safety, HACCP, and wage/hour laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
