Area Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple restaurant locations within a designated geographical area to drive business growth.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor restaurant leadership teams, including General Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Implement and maintain operational standards regarding food quality, safety, and compliance with local laws.
• Manage annual budgets for assigned locations and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Control area costs through effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and deep-dive inspections to ensure brand integrity and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with People Services and Loss Prevention to resolve employee relations and security matters.
• Execute regional marketing strategies and promotions in collaboration with corporate teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 5+ years of General Management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
• 3+ years of QSR experience as an Area Leader or District Manager.
• Proven experience in a multi-unit management role within the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
