Area Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple restaurant locations within a designated geographical area to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor restaurant leadership teams, including General Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Implement and maintain operational standards regarding food quality, safety, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Manage annual budgets for assigned locations and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Control area costs through effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and deep-dive inspections to ensure brand integrity and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with People Services, Loss Prevention, and Marketing teams to resolve employee relations, security issues, and execute regional promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (BA/BS degree preferred).
• 5+ years of General Management experience.
• Proven experience in a Multi-Unit or Area Manager role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specifically as an Area Leader or District Manager in the QSR industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports and documents.
