Area Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and own business and people strategies for the Oceania region
• Set performance targets and KPIs for each location and monitor progress
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations ensuring compliance with company standards
• Manage regional budgets, including revenue forecasting, expenses, and profitability
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue
• Enable Store Leaders by providing necessary information, tools, and resources
• Recruit, identify, and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles
• Support learning and development through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience in multi-retail store management
• Experience managing regional budgets and financial forecasting
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance
• Ability to travel independently approximately 40% of the time
