Area Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and profitability

• Monitor budgets, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed operational reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the F&B or hospitality sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to travel between branches and work varied schedules
