Responsibilities
- Embed Neko Health’s operating model across New York clinics, focusing on leadership behaviors and cultural norms.
- Lead the local adoption of existing playbooks and standards, tailoring them to local regulations and member expectations.
- Create clinic-level leadership capability by coaching managers and clinical leads.
- Operationalize readiness for new clinic openings and ensure teams are culturally aligned and well-trained.
- Establish performance rhythms, metrics, and feedback loops to improve team effectiveness and member experience.
- Ensure each clinic delivers a seamless, premium member experience aligned with brand promises.
- Partner with Lead Physicians to uphold clinical quality standards and ensure adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Own regional operational KPIs and full P&L accountability.
- Recruit, onboard, lead, and coach a team of Clinic Leads and Lead Physicians.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (Area Director, Regional Director, District Leader, or General Manager) within a premium, multi-site, consumer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated success implementing established operating models and playbooks across multiple locations.
- Strong track record leading site-level leaders and building leadership capability.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with accountability for quality and compliance.
- Proven financial and operational acumen, including ownership of regional KPIs and P&L performance.
- Ability to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution during periods of growth.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.
- Comfort leading through ambiguity and change with a bias toward action.
