About the role
Responsibilities
- Search for potential customers for Amartha Digital products
- Monitor achievement of Amartha Digital customers
- Perform regular updates regarding Amartha Digital achievements
- Coordinate with Agent Partners in the area to find potential Amartha customers
- Conduct regular visits to monitor field conditions for both internal teams and Digital Amartha customers
- Monitor payments of Digital Amartha customers
- Provide solutions and motivation to the team to achieve given targets
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, specifically Digital Finance
- Experience leading more than 10 team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microfinance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
- Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Willing to be placed throughout the Medan regional area
