Area Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all construction activities within a designated area of the project
• Manage a team of construction professionals and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress
• Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders
• Coordinate and interface with yards, project management, engineering, procurement, and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive construction and project management experience
• Experience in construction, energy, oil & gas, or related industries
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Proficiency in English
