Area Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio by strategizing and driving collections for the assigned region
• Control roll rates and recovery of overdue payments from the delinquent pool
• Drive compliance with collection processes and regulatory guidelines
• Develop and execute collection strategies consistent with the nature of exposure and payment delays
• Identify and continuously improve collection processes to ensure overall efficiency
• Monitor delinquent portfolios daily to develop location-level strategies for smooth operations
• Review collections KPIs to drive higher resolution rates and deliver superior client experience

Requirements

• MBA or Graduate degree and above
• At least 5 years of experience in collections
• Mandatory experience in New-age NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech companies
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
