Area Collection Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of collection officers to meet and exceed monthly and annual collection targets
• Develop and execute effective collection and recovery strategies to improve the portfolio's health
• Monitor and analyze trends and provide regular reports on collection activities
• Conduct regular field visits to high-risk accounts and provide on-the-job training and support to the team
• Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical collection practices
• Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely recoveries and resolutions
