Area Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for up to 12 clinics within a region in partnership with an Area Medical Director
• Support, mentor, and develop Clinic Managers and other leaders
• Ensure consistent results across medical quality, team engagement, member experience, and profitable growth
• Own P&L accountability for regional clinics
• Oversee regional scheduling and staffing strategy
• Support end-to-end clinic openings and operational readiness
• Actively source and onboard doctor candidates

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Multisite management experience
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
• Ability to be in the field 90% of the time
• Flexibility to travel and support teams on nights and weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
