Area Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for up to 12 clinics within a region, partnering with the Area Medical Director to drive medical quality, team engagement, and profitable growth.
• Support, mentor, and develop Clinic Managers and other leaders to ensure a high-performing team.
• Drive performance across key indicators including medical quality, member experience, and operational excellence.
• Own P&L accountability for assigned clinics, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Oversee regional scheduling and staffing strategies to maximize efficiency and utilization.
• Support end-to-end clinic openings, from initial staffing to full operational readiness.
• Lead doctor hiring and engagement efforts, including sourcing candidates and ensuring effective onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in multisite management.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time to support clinics within the region.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support clinic teams.

• Experience within the veterinary industry.
• Proven ability to lead through change in a fast-growing, growth-focused environment.
