Area Certification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support Section 8 and Tax Credit communities in southeast Michigan
• Manage file audit preparation and response support
• Oversee EIV processes
• Conduct MOR pre-inspections and preparation
• Handle special claims processing
• Perform internal file and compliance auditing
• Provide onsite compliance training

Requirements

• Experience in affordable housing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
