Area Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies and promote products using visual aids to drive sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
• Analyze doctor prescription trends and competitor activity to optimize product pitching
• Plan and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives and life awareness programs
• Set weekly goals for products and doctors to ensure yearly sales targets are met
• Manage territory data, including sales data from pharmacy managers and distributors
• Conduct weekly sales reviews and take corrective actions to address any shortfalls

Requirements

• B.Pharma degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oncology, preferably within the designated region
• Strong pharmaceutical marketing knowledge and oncology business acumen
• Proven ability to analyze customer behavior and market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
