About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a best-in-class sales team of 8 representatives
- Design and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Drive team performance through tailored coaching and clear goal setting
- Manage key business relationships with major health systems, practice networks, and GPOs
- Utilize sales data and analytics to build launch plans and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with brand marketing and commercial training teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 12-15 years of biopharma industry experience
- 8-12+ years of experience leading an oncology sales team
- Proven track record of successful product launches, ideally in NSCLC
- Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics
- Experience in small to midsize biotech environments
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- MA/MS, MBA, PharmD, or PhD degree
- Specific experience in the NSCLC oncology space
- Oral Oncolytic product launch experience
- Expertise in market access, distribution, and oncology business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
