Area Administrative Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate back-office administration functions including Customer Service, Sales Order Entry, Contracts, Billing, and Invoicing
• Supervise and mentor direct reports to ensure accuracy and high-quality support
• Identify business improvement areas using audit results and data-driven reports
• Collaborate with operational leadership to align administrative processes with company goals
• Train and develop team members to foster growth and efficiency
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for administrative and customer service personnel
• Travel 25% - 40% to SE Area Offices for onsite visits and implementations

Requirements

• Business degree preferred with 5+ years of Administrative Management experience
• Or High School Diploma with 10+ years of management experience
• Experience in managing administrative staff, reporting, billing, and auditing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Familiarity with BI Reports, Dashboards, and AI
• Ability to travel 25% - 40% within the SE Area
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
