Architecture Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy
• Lead project goals including integrated design, budget adherence, and schedule management
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Oversee contracts, financials, and construction administration
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and stakeholders
• Serve as the Architect of Record, providing professional oversight and signing/stamping documentation
• Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Active architecture license in Texas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
• Knowledge of project business management including scope, fee, and budget

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Revit
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
