Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA
• Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts
• Translate brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments
• Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive spaces
• Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook to support international expansion

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or related construction roles
• Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Broad knowledge of building codes and regulations across European markets
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
