About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee Solution Architecture, System Architecture, UI/UX, and AI/Agentic orchestration design to ensure scalable and interoperable digital products.
- Lead and coach managers and individual contributors, driving recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on technology direction and architectural risks.
- Define and evolve architecture standards, including patterns, guardrails, and reference models.
- Manage architectural reviews and technical decision-making processes across multiple projects and teams.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies to reduce technical debt and improve operating efficiency.
- Establish and govern architecture decision frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of diversified IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing professional staff.
- Proven experience leading architecture reviews and making technical decisions across multiple projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing user-centered design processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including defining and enforcing principles and standards.
- Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience managing APIs, microservices, and data platform interfaces.
- Proven track record of optimizing software performance, reliability, and security.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL®, TOGAF®, Agile, SAFe®, PMI®, or Lean Six Sigma.
