Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in their missions
- Perform quality and safety controls on site
- Coordinate work between various architectural subcontractors (partitions, flooring, ceilings, etc.)
- Develop and verify site plans
- Participate in site preparation
- Propose technical solutions and economic variants
- Consult specialized companies and perform critical analysis of offers
- Participate in the selection of subcontractors for assigned lots
- Prepare contracts and orders
- Monitor the installation of lots on site
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules
- Monitor the financial aspects of assigned lots and design changes
Requirements
- Background in engineering, site management, or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
- Organized and reactive personality
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
