Architectural Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, architectural, and structural design tasks
• Supervise construction on site and oversee the bidding process for architectural and structural disciplines
• Liaise with internal departments and external consultants to ensure design intention implementation
• Control technical quality by reviewing master plans, architectural designs, and construction drawings
• Develop architectural and structural design standards, technical specifications, and workflows
• Provide full support throughout the project execution process and handle on-site construction management
• Resolve complex technical issues through innovative design approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in large-scale first-class design institutes
• Proven track record of independently leading large-scale design projects
• Proficiency in CAD, Tianzheng software, and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong technical review, verification, and drawing review capabilities
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English
• Ability to adapt to international business travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data centers, computing power centers, or campus-style projects
• Intermediate professional titles or higher
• Relevant professional registration certificates (Level 1 qualification)
• Overseas work experience
