Architectural & Specifications Business Development Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Promote Harvey Norman Commercial through active customer contact and relationship building
• Establish and grow a new customer base while supporting existing clients
• Seek out new sales and business opportunities for the Commercial Division
• Finalise quotations and manage the approval process with clients
• Develop and communicate potential leads to other internal divisions
• Provide weekly updates on business activities to Management
• Attend customer functions and participate in supplier and HNC training
• Assist customers and staff with technical advice and product information

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role is highly regarded
• Proven experience in building and maintaining professional customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accurate data entry and intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
• High standard of personal and professional presentation
