Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex tasks on small to large-scale healthcare projects
• Plan, organize, and direct project work to ensure successful delivery to clients
• Lead project teams to ensure designs meet client budget, schedule, and design intent
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall work plans
• Coordinate project meetings with internal teams, external consultants, owners, and contractors
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and motivate multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage change orders, contractor payment applications, and contractual modifications
• Direct client invoicing and effectively manage collections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Licensed Architect (California licensure preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Newforma
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Thorough understanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, and building construction systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with California Healthcare (HCAI) projects
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam
• Experience with the implementation of Lean Tools
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification
