Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout project development
• Oversee the preparation and review of design documentation and construction drawings
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and AECOM standards
• Provide architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, and recommendations for assigned projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program
• 6+ years of professional experience or demonstrated equivalency
• Experience in architectural project management
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Licensed Architect in California
• Experience in the California market
• LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices
• Strong understanding of California building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
• Experience with public and private sector projects (mixed-use, commercial, or institutional)
