Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design quality and technical accuracy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project development
• Oversee the preparation and review of design documentation and construction drawings
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Provide architectural guidance, calculations, and technical recommendations for assigned projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited architecture program
• 6+ years of professional architectural experience
• Proven experience in architectural project management
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of California building codes and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Active Architectural License in the state of California
• Experience managing projects of varying scales and complexities in the California market
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management software
• LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices
• Experience with public and private sector projects, including commercial or institutional developments
