Architectural Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural discipline team to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and technical standards
• Provide expert support to multi-disciplinary engineers to ensure smooth project execution and technical excellence
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and contract documents
• Interpret and clarify technical aspects of contract documents to support accurate on-site implementation
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues to maintain project schedules
• Report and highlight non-conformities related to construction and engineering activities
• Coordinate with Design Engineers to implement necessary design modifications during construction
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships and respond effectively to technical queries
• Monitor the performance of Design Consultants regarding shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals
• Oversee health and safety compliance during construction activities

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of demonstrable experience in architectural supervision and project administration
• Extensive experience with large-scale projects within the Middle East consulting industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or an equivalent field
• Professional membership in a recognized institution (e.g., PE/Peng, CEng)

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED GA or LEED AP certification
