Architectural Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction supervision projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and specification compliance
• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and construction standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and resolving concerns
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures across all project phases
• Prepare and review essential project documentation, including reports, drawings, and technical specifications
• Identify and resolve complex technical or logistical challenges during the construction process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction management
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
