About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction supervision projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and specification compliance
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and construction standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and resolving concerns
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures across all project phases
- Prepare and review essential project documentation, including reports, drawings, and technical specifications
- Identify and resolve complex technical or logistical challenges during the construction process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction management
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
