Architectural Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor and report on project progress, workmanship, and safety protocols
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and various project stakeholders
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure necessary corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all inspections and site activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards
• Excellent communication and professional reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and local regulations
• Knowledge of interior design principles
