Architectural Inspector

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all architectural engineering aspects of the project are executed according to plans, codes, and specifications
• Perform thorough site inspections for architectural works, including material inspections and field checks of finishes and building components
• Review and monitor contractor shop drawings and documents to rectify issues affecting stability or function
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to contractors and assist in implementing corrective actions
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily site diaries, progress photography, and submittal logs
• Liaise with Senior Architectural Engineers, project managers, and contractors to expedite approvals and submissions
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved Quality Control Plans and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Provide regular reports on the progress of architectural aspects of the project

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the UAE
• Proven experience in architectural projects
• Extensive experience in Construction Supervision specifically within a consultancy environment
