Architectural Inspector

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all architectural engineering aspects of the project are executed according to inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications
• Perform architectural and material inspections, including field checks on the placement and quality of finishes and building components
• Review and monitor contractor shop drawings and documents to rectify issues affecting architectural stability or function
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to contractors and assist in implementing corrective actions
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily site diaries, progress photography, and submittal logs
• Liaise with Senior Architectural Engineers, project managers, and contractors to expedite approvals and submissions
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved Quality Control Plans and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Provide regular reports on the progress of architectural works and project milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a relevant field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in building construction
• Strong expertise in site inspection and architectural finishes
• Deep knowledge of architectural codes, specifications, and industry standards
