Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop premium spatial layouts for new retail galleries and showrooms
• Draft detailed plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings
• Design high-end finishes, facades, and interior architecture elements
• Partner with MEP engineers, civil structures teams, and fit-out contractors
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and material samples
• Ensure blueprints adhere to local building codes and municipal mandates
• Prepare documentation for municipal and civil defense authority approvals
• Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with architectural intent
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve design discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial retail or premium showroom fit-outs
• Professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers preferred
