About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform various architectural inspections and analyses
- Conduct research in buildings and structures regarding construction damage or structural safety/quality
- Collaborate with construction and concrete specialists
- Eventually manage projects and coordinate with clients and internal/external parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent experience
- Several years of work experience in the sector (inspection, engineering, or construction firm preferred)
- Knowledge of concrete and steel
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Fluency in Dutch
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of French
- Knowledge of English
- Specific expertise in concrete research
