Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members across all stages of design and construction
• Produce concept and detailed design drawings using CAD and BIM
• Contribute to technical coordination and project delivery
• Ensure designs meet budget, programme, and compliance requirements
• Participate in design risk assessments and project planning
• Support bids and work-winning activities where required

Requirements

• RIBA Part 1 or Part 2 qualified (or equivalent)
• Proficient in REVIT and BIM within a design environment
• Strong technical design understanding and foundation
• Up to date with industry standards, regulations, and design trends
• Collaborative team player comfortable in multidisciplinary environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in sectors such as education, MMC/off-site, sustainability, or conservation
