Architecte Vérification & Validation Radio

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the V&V strategy, including test automation and global practice consistency.
• Ensure technical coherence by interfacing with system/software teams and suppliers to guide design choices.
• Organize and direct verification activities and documentary reviews.
• Design, develop, and maintain test environments, including test benches, tools, and simulations.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables such as test plans, reports, validation proofs, and KPI tracking.
• Provide technical support and representation to clients, reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with reference processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent Engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a V&V Architect or Technical Leadership role, preferably in transport or critical systems.
• Expertise in radio communication systems, specifically Wi-Fi and 4G.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols including RADIUS, TLS, and LDAP.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of 5G technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience working in agile environments.
