Architect/Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and safety standards
• Identify facility improvement needs and propose effective solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations and policies
• Develop and maintain updated technical documentation, including blueprints, manuals, and progress reports

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in design and building maintenance
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong project management skills
• Solid knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
