Architect/Civil Engineer Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support project management in the day-to-day handling of large-scale projects
• Work closely with all specialist departments including architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC, and site supervision
• Coordinate the project team regarding scheduling, protocols, reporting, data management, and project costs

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in coordinating large-scale projects
• Proficient knowledge of VOB and HOAI
• Strong skills in MS Office and MS Project
• Ideally proficient in Revit
• Business fluent German (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Experience in international high-rise construction projects
