Architect/Civil Engineer AVA

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the scope of services for tendering and awarding contracts
• Contribute to the development and implementation of model-oriented bill of quantities supported by BIM
• Provide technical leadership for a small team in a project management function
• Represent ATP to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with all specialist departments including architecture, structural engineering, MEP, and external planners
• Implement climate-neutral planning in accordance with the ATP Green Deal

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction projects
• Proven negotiation skills
• Knowledge of relevant permit and planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Proficiency in tendering software, ideally iTWO
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Independent, structured working style
