Architect

Responsibilities

• Manage entire projects and lead assigned team members
• Prepare architectural designs for new projects and develop layouts for buildings and landscapes
• Review designs to ensure compliance with standards, user needs, and building codes
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management regarding project programming and construction progress
• Analyze space utilization and requirements
• Prepare presentation materials and project documentation updates
• Resolve design and construction-related issues and provide technical direction
• Oversee quality control of design deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design
• 7-10 years of experience, preferably in multi-story commercial and residential projects
• PCATP registration
• Strong command over architectural design, detailing, and planning for high-rise and mixed-use developments
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, fire and life safety standards, and local regulations
• Proficiency in developing construction documentation and tender packages
• Skilled in façade design, core planning, and MEP system integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit Modelling and Designing
