Architect Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation studies, construction works, and resolution of current design issues on the project
• Develop Shop Drawings and As Built drawings
• Prepare measurements of works, required materials, and budgets
• Conduct market research and prepare comparative tables for subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor the ordering and receiving process of materials
• Collaborate with subcontractors and crews to ensure correct implementation according to studies and project specifications
• Prepare subcontractor accounts and certifications
• Monitor work progress, adherence to daily schedules, and project timelines
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and update the Project Manager on progress

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Engineering
• 7 years of experience in the construction of large building projects
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
• Very good knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
