Architect - SAP S4 Migration - Asset & PS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of SAP ECC processes to SAP S/4HANA RTR, focusing on General Ledger, Banking, Assets, and Project Systems.
• Design and document remediation for obsolete functionalities and create new designs for deprecated processes.
• Oversee technical data migration, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance through rigorous validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare the SAP system for migration by applying necessary updates, configurations, and pre-migration checks.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to validate system functionality and performance against business requirements.
• Support change management by identifying impacted processes and providing training and support to super users.
• Resolve data migration issues promptly and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to internal IT operating models, technology standards, and governance protocols for all RTR areas.
• Manage project communication, including weekly status reporting and senior executive-level updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 9–13 years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP.
• Deep expertise in SAP RTR (General Ledger, Banking, Assets, and Project Systems).
• Proven experience with 2–3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for RTR.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solution mapping and integration with applications like Blackline, Celonis, HFM, or Skelta.
• Experience with data validation strategies and managing ACDOCA growth.
• Understanding of SAP security design, global roles, and GRC best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP Profitability Analysis and Product Costing.
• Experience with integration across Procure to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), and Order to Cash (OTC).
• Experience working with global regions including LATAM, Europe, MENA, and APAC.
• Proficiency with testing automation tools and project test phases.
